Why We Built This
Built for our own homes first.
We started Culebra Host Co. because the homes here deserved better than part-time attention. We were operating our own rentals to a standard we couldn't find anywhere else on the island—professional people, real systems, technology that actually helps.
Not a single trade trying to wear every hat. Not an off-island service trying to manage from a laptop. A real operating company—run by a family that lives here, with the systems to back it up. Now we're opening that system to a small number of Culebra homeowners. We're selective on purpose—our standards are the product.
